JUST IN: Obaseki Joins PDP Governorship Race, Picks Nomination Form



Governor Godwin Obaseki on Friday formally joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and picks nomination form for Edo 2020 governorship election.


Governor Obaseki was received by the leadership of the party led Edo PDP Chairman, Hon Tony Aziegbemi at the state Secretariat  along 1st East Circular Road.

Top political appointees and the governor’s followers accompanied the governor to the party secretariat.
He will contest PDP Primaries for Edo 2020 governorship poll alongside three other aspirants on June 23.

Biography of late Dr. AMUDA ALUKO compiled on May 15, 2020

Dr. Amuda Aluko was born on the 30th October, 1938, he attended Ilorin Middle School (now GSS) (1948-1950), Barewa College, Zaria (1950-1952), School of Hygiene, Kano (1953-1955), Kano Medical School (1955-1961) before proceeding to the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London (1967-1968) for his Post-Graduate Diploma. Dr. Amuda Aluko was until his death a member of various Professional associations, some of which include Member of Nigeria Medical Association, Member of Association of General Medical Practitioners of Nigeria, Direct Member of the World Organization of National Colleges of Academics and Associations of General practitioners among others too numerous to mention.
